Individual Counseling

I offer individual therapy for folks ages 6-64. As an inclusive therapy practice, I strive to cultivate a brave and welcoming space of connection and compassion.

I draw from a variety of therapy modalities and theoretical lenses, including:

My practice is affirming of consensual non-monogamy, polyamory and kink, and individuals engaged in sex work. My practice is also affirming of the BIPOC community, families of all structures and origins, and individuals of any gender identity.
